We ship all orders from our fulfillment center in New York. Here's everything you need to know about delivery.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all 50 US states. International shipping is not available at this time but we are working on expanding to more regions. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when international shipping becomes available.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package in real-time. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact our support team.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost or has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us. We will work with the carrier to locate your package and, if necessary, send a replacement or issue a full refund.
